Coffee has been a life-long pleasure. While I wasn't very discerning for most of my life, I distinctly remember drinking an average cup of coffee one morning and thinking that what I was drinking could be much better... if my body wanted the caffeine, there was no reason I couldn't also thoroughly enjoy a quality drink. I slowly started to improve the quality of the coffee I bought, my brewing methods, and the equipment I used. Soon I realized that it actually wasn't difficult to drink a fantastic cup of coffee every morning, and I never looked back.

I brew a variety of methods, but my favorite by far is espresso from an electric espresso machine. As I learn and discover more about the art of coffee brewing, I try to share useful information in my videos and on this website. I hope this information is useful to some.
